Regina Police seeking two men in card skimmer incident: Crime Stoppers

Regina Crime Stoppers is asking the public for help after an attempted fraud and mischief incident at a local business.
On Jan. 19, 2026, two men visited a business on the 500 block of 1st Ave. E and installed card skimmers — devices used to steal credit or debit card information. The business had been targeted in similar incidents over the past year.
Police say other communities near Regina have seen comparable incidents in recent weeks, and the suspects may be linked to multiple occurrences.
The first suspect is described as Middle Eastern, with a dark complexion, black scraggly beard and mustache, dark eyes, and black hair. He is of average height and heavier build, wearing jeans, a black hoodie with a chest logo and the hood up, and a grey-and-blue plaid button-up jacket.

The second suspect is also described as Middle Eastern, with a medium complexion, full black beard and mustache, along with dark eyes and hair. He is slightly taller than the first suspect, of average build, and was wearing grey sweatpants, a grey Reebok hoodie with the hood up, and a dark jacket with a logo on one breast.

Crime Stoppers is urging anyone with information to come forward.
Callers do not have to identify themselves, and calls are not traced or recorded.
